Practice Ownership at Vets for Pets Maidstone

Vets for Pets Maidstone has now become available for a new partner, and we are looking to speak with qualified veterinary professionals who may be interested in this opportunity.

This stand-alone practice is situated in the largest town in Kent, with plenty of character. Maidstone is historically important and lies 32 miles east-south-east of London. 

The practice itself opened in 2005 and is newly redecorated, offering 3 consult rooms, theatre and X-ray, and is equipped with all necessary equipment.

Current opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.30am-5.30pm. The practice is based in a residential area and benefits from new-builds under construction in close proximity. 

The current number of active clients with the practice is about 4,000, with a caseload split 75% dog and 25% cat and approximately 230 exotics cases. At present, all specialist cases are referred out.

This practice offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to take a well-reputed business and maximise its potential, and would really benefit from a vet partner or team of vet partners with entrepreneurial spirit and passion to grow the business. There is a great team currently in place who will work with a new partner/partners, and who have already built the positive reputation of this practice.

This practice has a dedicated team, comprising:

• 6 Vets - 1 lead vet, 3 full-time and 2 on new graduate schemes
• 6 RVNs - 1 head nurse and 5 RVNs
• 2 VCAs
• 1 Practice Manager
• 5 CCAs
